SLF Origin Story: Joel and Erik (cousins) are 5th generation Minnesota crop farmers who dreamed of expanding their farms into growing beef and serving their local community by providing high quality food. A new business was born when they saddled up and invested in 50+ pregnant cows and a bull. Hi Ho! BTW - the original plan was to start with 8-10 pregnant cows.
Cow fever seems to have the same affect as gold fever. Who knew?! *wink
